Typeholders
The typeholders are used for attaching the individual stamps to enable simultaneous marking. The accurate construction provides our typeholders with long service life and great characteristics. They are made from high quality materials and produced accurately. The typeholders can be divided in the following types depending on the method of use:
- line typeholders
- hot marking typeholders
- conic typeholders
- circular typeholders
Line typeholders
They are suitable for marking flat surfaces by means of an impact or for marking the cylinder parts circumference using pressure. It depends on the machine type and used additional supports. The holders are produced as 1-, 2- and 3- line options for all stamp sizes. The holder can be used with a manual arbor, which enables manual punching.
Hot marking typeholders
The typeholders intended for hot marking are produced from steel and brass. This provides excellent heat conductivity for the types, during the marking process. These typeholders can be used only in machines designed for hot stamping. Standard lengths of the typeholders are 60 mm or 80 mm. The holders can be fitted with types of various sizes and create texts of more lines. Maximum accuracy during the holders’ production ensures perfect results.
Conic typeholders
Conic typeholders of RPC 101 type are used together with special conic types. It is possible to create one or two line text. This typeholder is suitable for marking flat or round surfaces by means of our rolling (generating) machines. Strong pressure on one symbol can perform the marking of fragile or very solid materials.
Circular typeholders
This type of typeholders is used for attaching the types and marking of flat parts. The resulting marking is in the shape of a circle. This type of product is usually made to order (as per the diameter, size of the symbols, gaps, etc.).
