Spark out device
The electric spark out device enables the marking of metal materials. The wolfram electrode creates an electric arc between the anode and cathode which leaves a spark out print during the movement. This marking method is used especially on fragile surfaces, which cannot handle the classic impact methods due to their characteristics. The operation and maintenance is very simple, the marking is very sharp, well readable, and cannot be deleted. It is supplied as follows: Complete control unit, earthing plate with wiring, stylistic inscription pen with balsa wood conduction with a wolfram electrode and two spare electrodes. The pen is equipped with a frequency separator which prevents the electrode from sticking to the marked surface and providing the inscription comfort.

- Low cost marking with no additional costs for consumables
- Permanent marking on metal and wooden surfaces
- For marking of wooden materials it is necessary to use the special holder of the marking pin
- Possibilities of marking graphical objects are limited only by fact that there is no electronical way of working with marked objects
- Material burns during the contact with vibrating marking pin and by influence of high temperature
- Temperature can be regulated by thermoregulator
- Marking by spark out device is suitable especially for control activities in various fields of industry
