Pinmarking head ADP2560

Pinmarking head ADP2560 thanks to its compact dimensions and light weight it is ideal solution for applications where it is not possible only on one location. Light "pistol" version with marking field 25 x 60 mm is the right solution also in situations where marking is done on place with space restraints. Marking head can be delivered also without hand held kit so it can be integrated easily. It is also possible to fix the marking head on the standard toolstand. 

Operation

Marking head is controlled by AC500, which is absolutely unique among pinmarkers on the market. You canl not find anything similar on Czech market! It offers many possibilities which allows easy integration in production process and operator can work directly on 7" colour touchscreen. Marking SW is localized in czech (and 40 other languages) and users simply like very comfortable interface including special functions that make your work even more efective and managed. 

 

 

Accessories

Marking pin is driven by pressed air which allows precise positioning of each stroke. It is possible to mark very fast and precise or you can create deep marking at lower pin frequency.
