Universal controller to operate any pinmarking head or laser!
Use of this controller is very easy and indeed user friendly. It has 7" touchscreen panel, so you do not need any external additional equipment. Big colour display with icons lead user through global settings or allow to only start / stop marking of the created projects in operation mode.
Controller AC500 can be used for standard benchtop applications or can be built in the production line or machine without external cover.
Marking software for AC500
Software was created especially for marking applications and it is combination of modern approach with rich experience of users all over the world. Except standard functions which are common for majority of similar controllers (such as marking of any graphical objects and text strings, starting by serial numbers up to datamatrix codes), thanks to wide range of available interface it offers also remote access to controller. It means that we are always ready to do diagnostics of the status, as well as help with settings, etc. Very important for user is possibility to see all projects on big colour display, user can watch simulation of the marked project (Dry run) as well as real procedure of marking including all information. The Controller AC500 has a graphic 7 "color touch screen . The internal flash memory, 32 Mb can be extended through the simple use of a USB key and can store thousands of programs (in relation to the size of each job). With the choice of flash memory (instead of Ram), is guaranteed the preservation of the programs even if the battery runs out. Are you interested?
